Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Buyer: The individual or legal entity who places an order through the KIOPSI website. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically through the KIOPSI website. KIOPSI products primarily consist of 3D-printed anatomical models and medical training tools intended for educational, research, and professional training purposes.

3. Product Information

  • Product specifications, prices, and descriptions are published on the KIOPSI website.
  • Prices are listed exclusive or inclusive of applicable taxes as stated at checkout.
  • Shipping costs, if applicable, are shown separately before payment confirmation.
  • KIOPSI reserves the right to update product information and pricing without prior notice.

4. Order and Payment

  • Orders are placed electronically via the KIOPSI website.
  • Payment is made through secure payment service providers using supported payment methods.
  • Once payment is successfully completed, an order confirmation is sent to the Buyer by email.
  • KIOPSI reserves the right to reject or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or technical errors.

5. Delivery

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided by the Buyer during checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the Buyer.

6. Right of Withdrawal

6.1 Standard Products

For standard (non-customized) products, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days from the date of delivery. To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify KIOPSI in writing via info@kiopsi.com within the withdrawal period. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

6.2 Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Products that are custom-made, patient-specific, or produced according to the Buyer's specifications are not eligible for withdrawal or refund, except in cases of manufacturing defects, damage during transport, or non-conformity with the approved design.

7. Refunds

Refunds for approved returns are processed within 7–14 business days after the returned product is received and inspected, using the original payment method.

8. Use Limitation and Disclaimer

KIOPSI products are intended solely for educational, research, and training purposes. Products are not medical devices for diagnosis or treatment and must not be used directly on patients.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In case of disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts located in Türkiye shall have jurisdiction.
